  Reflection of Personal Observation If one thing differentiates PM Abiy’s team from the recent predecessors, it is the ability of execution, a practice of words to action. ምክንያቱን ባላውቅም ብዙ ኢትዮጵያውያን አገራቸውን ከማየትና ከመጎብኘት ይልቅ ከቻሉ ወደ ውጭ መጓዝን ይወዳሉ። ለስደትም ቢሆን። የጉዞ መዳረሻዎችም ሳይቀሩ ከራሳቸው ዜጎች ይልቅ የውጭ ጎብኝዎችን ለማስተናገድ የተመቻቹ ናቸው። ከአማርኛ ከኦሮምኛ ከትግርኛ ወይም ከሌሎች የሀገር ውስጥ ቋንቋዎች ይልቅ ብዙም ባልቀና እንግሊዘኛ ታሪክን ማስረዳት ይቀላቸዋል። ይህ የቅርብ ማለትም የሶስትና የአራት ዓመት ክስተት ብቻ አይደለም። በእርግጥ በቅርብ ጊዜ አገራችን ቀበሌ አቋርጦ ለመጓዝ አይደለም ለኗሪዎቿም ፈታኝ ሆናለች። በአውስቶቡስ ስትጓዙ ኪሳችሁን ለመዳበስ አለበለዚያም ማደሪያ አልጋ እንድትይዙ ሊያግባባችሁ ካልሆነ በቀር የአካባቢውን ታሪክ ሊያስረዳችሁ የሚሞክር እምብዛም ነው። ድሮም ቢሆን። ኢትዮጵያውያን አብሮ ለመኖር አገራቸውን በልኳ ማወቅ የግድ የሚላቸው ወቅት ላይ ናቸው። ምንአልባትም አሁን ላይ ያለው ግርግር ዜጎች አገራቸውን በልኳ ካለማወቃቸው የተነሳ ነው ብል ማጋነን አይሆንብኝም። እንደሚታወቀው የኢትዮጵያ መሰረቱ ከፍተኛውን ቁጥር የሚይዘው በገጠሩ የሚኖረው ኩሩው ገበሬና አርብቶ አደር ማህበረሰብ ነው። ይህ የሀገሪቱ መሰረት የሆነው የገጠሩ ማህበረሰብ ደግሞ እምቅ የሆኑ ማህበራዊ ሀይማኖታዊና ባህላዊ እሴቶች ባለቤት ነው። ያውም ጠንካራ የሆኑ። ይሁን እንጂ መረጃዎች እንደሚያሳዩት የህዝባችን የእድሜ ስብጥር( ዲሞግራፊ) በእጅጉ እየተቀየረ እየሄደ ነው። ኢትዮጵያ በቅርብ ዓመታት ውስጥ የወጣቶች ሀገር እንደምትሆን እየተተነበየ ነው። ይህ ጥሩ እድል ቢሆንም ጥሩ ያልሆነ ነገር ይዞ መምጣቱም የማይቀር ነው። በቅጡ ካልተዘጋጀን በስተቀር። የትምህርት ጥራት ጉድለት ተጨምሮበት ወጣቱ ትውልድ ጠንካራ የነበረውን የአባቶቹን እሴቶች ይዞ ለመቀጠል ሲቸገር እየታዘብን ነው። በእ

እውነት ለመናገር አፈሩን ያቅልለትና የቀድሞው ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትራችን መለስ ዜናዊ ያስባት የነበረችውን ኢትዮጵያ ብዙ ጊዜ አስቤም ቢሆን ልስማማበት ይቸግረኛል። ያው እንደተለመደው ተቀበል ካልተባልሁ በስተቀር። አሁን እየታጨደ ያለውን ቢያይ እሱም ቢሆን ለመቀበል የሚቸግረው ነው የሚመስለኝ። የህዳሴ ግድብን ሳስብ ግን ምናልባትም  መለስ  በኢትዮጵያ ታሪክ ከሚታወስባቸው ጠንካራ ጎኖች አንዱና ዋነኛው ይመስለኛል ። እንደነ ሚኒሊክ አመድ አፋሽ ካላደረግነው በስተቀር። በዜሮ ማባዛት ልማድ ስለሆነ። ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር መለስ ዜናዊ መሰረቱን ያስጣለው ብሎም እስከ ሂወተ ህልፈቱ ድረስ በሚገባ ስራውን የመራው  አሁንም በጠንካራ አመራሮች ስራው የቀጠለው  የህዳሴ ግድብ ከቀጥተኛ ግቡ ባሻገር ኢትዮጵያውያንን ምን ያህክል በትልልቅ አገራዊ አጀንዳዎች መያዝ ይቻል እንደነበር ያመላክተኛል። ካሳለፍናቸው አላስፈላጊ አድካሚ ጊዜአዊና ጥቃቅን ሀሳቦችና ተግባሮች በተቃራኒ እንደሆነ ይሰማኛል። ያሳለፍናቸውን የቀርብ ጊዜ የግብጽ እውነታዎችን ሳስብ ከህዳሴ ግድብ ባሻገር ሌሎች ፕሮጀክቶችን እንዳስብ አስገደደኝ። አንዱም ህዳሴ ከተማን መገንባት ነው። ለዛውም ኢትዮጵያውነትን የበለጠ የሚያጠናክር በህዳሴ ግድብ ምክንያት ከቦታችው የተፈናቀሉ ዜጎችን ግምት ውስጥ ያስገባና ተጨማሪ ኢኮኖሚያዊ ፋይዳ ያለው ዘመናዊ ከተማ። ከህዳሴ ግድብ ጎን። ምኞት አይከለከል። እየተገነባ ያለው ግድብ ግዙፍ ነው። እናም የግድቡ ግብ ምንም እንኳን እሱም እጂግ አስፈላጊ እንደሆነ ብረዳም ኤሌክትሪክ ማመንጨት ብቻ መሆን አለበት ብየ አላምንም። የቱሪዝም ሀብት ምንጭ መሆን አለበት። የዓሳ እርባታ ምንጭና ሌሎች ውሃውን በብዛት የማይጠቀሙ( ውሀውን አላዛኝ ለሆነችው ግብጽ እና በዚህ ውስብስብ በሆነ ወቅት ከጎናችን ላ
